Puleo Products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of original purchase (invoice date). During this period, Puleo Electronics Inc. will repair or replace any component found to be defective. All warranties are limited to the original equipment and are conditioned upon its proper installation and operation for the purpose for which it has been designed.

To return equipment for repair, download the MRA Request Form, fill it in and email it to Puleo. We will respond quickly to all requests.

• Repair Cost:
  The cost to repair is an hourly charge plus the cost of material. Puleo provides a quote for the repairs before actual work begins.

• Turnaround Time:
  Average turnaround time for repairs on Puleo Electronics products based upon historical experience is 48 to 96 hours. Because of supply chain factors, repair times may vary.

• Customers may pay 50% deposit with order and 50% on date of shipment. Payment is via credit card or wire transfer.
• Credit approval for NET 30 days may be obtained by submitting the Puleo Credit Application Form.
• All sales are final. Products are custom-made and may not be returned.
• Order total does not include shipping, handling, duties, taxes or import fees, which are to be paid by the buyer.
